She managed multi-billion-dollar budgets at the Department of Defense, ensuring taxpayer money was spent wisely, and later founded a home care business employing 70 professionals who provide quality service to seniors and children with chronic diseases. Her professional career demonstrates a unique combination of financial expertise, operational leadership, and commitment to public service, preparing her to address Maryland’s challenges with both skill and compassion.
